Includes notes, news articles, employee statistics for Ingalls Shipyard, a proposal of Litton Industries to implement affirmative action programs at the Shipyard, and a proposal from the AFL-CIO Civil Rights Department to create a Human Relations Council to help manage discrimination cases for the Pascagoula Metal Trades Council.
