Consists primarily of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with Alexis Herman, National Director of the Minority Women Employment Program (MWEP). Topics include worker placements made by MWEP for MARTA projects, plans to extend MWEP funding under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), and the 1974 incorporation of MWEP from the earlier pilot projects in Atlanta and Houston, Texas.
