Consists of documents related to the activities of Recruitment and Training Program, Inc., the successor organization to the Joint Apprenticeship Program of the Workers' Defense League and A. Philip Randolph Institute. Includes addresses from Recruitment and Training Program Director Ernest Green and AFL-CIO Building and Construction Trades Department Director Robert Georgine, publicity materials created for the Recruitment and Training Program's 1975 conference and other events, and a proposal for minority hiring for the Clinch River Breeder Reactor nuclear power project in Tennessee.
