Scope and Contents
Consists primarily of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with Morris Blake, Secretary-Treasure of the Tampa Building and Construction Trades Council, regarding the Tampa Labor Education Advancement Program (LEAP) project developed by the Tampa Urban League and local unions. The major topic is a 1969 labor dispute between Blake and Tampa LEAP Executive Director Augusta Marshall. Also includes financial planning documents for the Tampa LEAP.
