Consists of flyers and a program for a March 1980 screening of the film Norma Rae, a dramatization of a 1973-1974 labor organizing struggle by J.P. Stevens workers, in support of the ongoing J.P. Stevens boycott. The screening included remarks from Crystal Lee Sutton, the inspiration for the film's title character.
