Consists of issues of the Manager's Memo newsletters of the American Red Cross (ARC) Southeastern Field Office and Eastern Field Office, as well as issues of the Manager's Letter newsletter of the Eastern Operations Headquarters that replaced the earlier Field Offices in 1983. Topics include new appointments to Field Office staff positions and committees, fundraising information, and explanations of the 1983 restructuring.
