Series II. The Recordings series is arranged into two sub-series, Interviews and Programs. The sub-series have been arranged alphabetically based on the label information for each recording. The series contains recordings of interviews with family, friends, colleagues, and associates of Johnny Mercer. These were conducted by Philip Furia as research for his biography on Johnny Mercer. It also includes a few recordings of programs that featured Johnny Mercer. The majority of materials date from 2000 to 2003.
