Interviewed by Traci Drummond. In this interview, Schuessler discusses his upbringing (country life, adoption, sports). He then discusses his young adult life when he went to college for a year. After discussing that period, he focuses on his professional career. He also discusses the many labor union roles he has held throughout the years.

Biographical Note

Earl Schuessler was born in 1966 in Saint Louis, Mo. and grew up in a rural area in Missouri. He was adopted by his aunt and uncle as a child. After high school, Schuessler attended Liberty University in Virginia, then began his career at Metro Electric Supply. He then moved to McDonnell-Douglas, which became Boeing, where he is still an employee.
