Scope and Contents
Interviewed by Cal Gough. In this interview, Gary Kaupman begins by discussing his family life and background. He talks about his marriage to his ex-wife and describes the relationships he has had since the marriage ended. Kaupman speaks extensively about his involvement with Gay Spirit Visions and attendance at GSV conferences. He shares memories of many GSV members who have died.

Biographical Note
Gary Kaupman was born in Long Island, NY in 1944 but was primarily raised in Atlanta. Kaupman was briefly married to a woman before coming out as gay. He became involved with the Radical Faeries in the early 1980s and has been part of Gay Spirit Visions since it formed.
