Typescript contract, dated March 25, 1952, between Johnny Mercer and Herbert Music Company, for publication rights to the song "Truly." Contract has no time limitations, and gives two different rates of compensation if title and lyrics are "changed" by Herbert Music Company (the Company is assigned the right to change the title and the lyrics), or if they remain Mercer's title and lyrics. Signed by Johnny Mercer and representative of Herbert Music Co. [signature indecipherable], witnessed by Arnold Mills.
