Biographical Note
Morris G. Redding was born in 1932 in Alabama. He served as sergeant at United States Army, 1951-1954. From 1966-1967 Morris G. Redding worked first as a lieutenant, then a captain from 1967-1979, then a deputy chief of police from 1979-1982, and finally as a Chief of police from 1982-1990, all at the Atlanta Police Department.
