Scope and Content of the Subseries
The Board of Directors sub-series documents the mission and planning of Planned Parenthood Southeast (and its predecessors) at the highest level. The sub-series consists of notebooks, minutes, manuals, and committee lists, 1965-2011. Board notebooks were originally in binders organized into the following categories: Glossary of affiliates in the area; lists of the Board members with their contact information, occupation titles, and short biographies, committee descriptions in relation to the Board; bylaws, minutes from their meetings; and staff reports to the Board.
