Scope and Contents of the Series

From the Series:

The series reflects Trotter's service on the panel during the 1990s and contains applications for certificate of appropriateness that had to be reviewed and approved by the panel before any additions or renovations could be made to the building in question. Chronologically arranged files document the panel's weekly meetings and include minutes, ordinances, plans and correspondence regarding these requests for alterations. The series also contains articles pertaining to historic preservation and urban planning, including Trotter's own writings.
