Sister-to-Sister, girls summit: program materials, brochure, 1996-1998, 2002

The Events Series documents the various local programs and events that the Atlanta Branch hosted for women, girls and families, as well as Atlanta and statewide events and programs that Branch members attended focusing on the disadvantages women face in the working world, equal education for girls in school, diversity, equal rights and reproductive rights. The history of the book fair and its growth within the community can be found in the series. Other events documented in the series benefited the Educational Foundation, the Legal Advocacy Fund, and the Initiative for Educational Equity Project, which raised money for legal defenses or to help women receive more and better education.
