The series documents the Educational Information and Referral Service Inc. (EIRS), an independent, informal referral service to help adults seeking opportunities for post-secondary education in the metro Atlanta area. The series contains information on the founding of the program, board meeting minutes, evaluation reports, tax materials and financial statements. Newspaper clippings and photographs document the history of the EIRS and the drive behind the branch spending years making this a fully functional and standalone organization that could withstand time.
