Scope and Contents of the Records
Correspondence, minutes, planning notes, event materials, financial documents, legal documents, photographs, and event souvenirs from 1990-2014 make up the records of Joining Hearts, Inc. The records are organized in two separate series of the working papers of Jason Hall and Thomas J. Brendiar. Each of their papers are broken down into three subseries; manuscripts, audiovisual and then artifacts and textiles.
Manuscripts includes records related to the planning and implementation of fundraising events, bylaws and founding documents of the organization, and correspondence. Audio Visual, includes photographs, photo CDs and Microsoft Publisher files data disk. Artifacts and textiles include event souvenirs’, event t-shirts and awards.
