The collection of Governor Joseph M. Brown contains a speech delivered on October 29, 1912 in Atlanta, Georgia entitled "The Supremacy of the Law" regarding the violence inherent in strikes and labor conflicts. Also, the collection contains correspondence between the governor and the Georgia Federation of Labor and the Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators, and Paperhangers of America.
