Scope and Content of the Series
The Legislative Series, 1977-2006, documents NARAL Pro-Choice Georgia's involvement in the state's legislative process. The largest portion of the series contains files documenting bills of importance to NARAL Pro-Choice during Georgia's legislative sessions, 1986-1997, 2000-2006. The series also contains some records of the organization's Legislative Committee; information about lobbying and grassroots mobilization; reference material about Georgia government, officials, and the legislative process; and sets of files on national legislation, including national health care reform.
