Affirmative Action, 1981, 1995-1996, undated

These files consist primarily of correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, grant and funding proposals, and reference files pertaining to major 9to5 campaigns. The reference files in this series include news clips, reports and surveys, factsheets, pamphlets, booklets, legislative documents, and organizational resources related to these campaigns. The subseries Work/Family contains materials relating to the Family Medical Leave Act [FMLA], Healthy Families Act, Time For Schools Act, and Parent Protection Act. Action Packets are quarterly updates mailed to members of 9to5's Activist Network on upcoming legislation and campaigns. Materials from smaller campaigns and legislative issues are contained in the final subseries. Audio/visual material also included and grouped in the finding aid based on relevant campaign.
