Contains six subseries:

• Subseries A: Personnel reports, includes reports covering a multitude of subjects, from absenteeism, poor performance and misuse of equipment to praise for good work. A few of the reports have other paperwork attached (such as grievance or reprimand forms), which provides fuller details on background and outcome.
• Subseries B: Reprimands and incident reports, includes notices of reprimand (which are very brief disciplinary reports), complaint reply forms (which document complaints made by employees to their foremen, and the foremen's responses), and various incident reports.
• Subseries C: Leave, covers material relating to all forms of absence.
• Subseries D: Insurance and retirement, covers health benefits, insurance and retirement policies. Because many of the documents refer to more than one kind of policy or benefit, the materials were not separated, but kept together and arranged chronologically.
• Subseries E: Employees and wages, contains employee lists and various wage scales.
• Subseries F: Correspondence, contains letters about various personnel issues.
