Scope and Contents of the Series
When several IAM locals or other unions bargain with the same employer, the Collective Bargaining Department (formerly the Coordinated Bargaining Department) coordinates the negotiations. Today, the Collective Bargaining Department works closely with the IAM Legal Department, Strategic Resources Department and the High Performance Work Organization Department to maintain IAM contracts with industry leaders.
