Scope and Contents of the Series
Interviews in this series are with former governors of Georgia. Most of the interviews were conducted by the Georgia Government Documentation Project between 1986 and 1988, in the aftermath of a November 1985 conference on Georgia's governors sponsored by Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia, and featuring four of the state's then seven living governors.
