Abstract

Alice C. Young has been involved in various community groups and causes. One of her lifetime commitments has been improving the conditions of women both on and off campus. Correspondence, minutes, agendas, reports, printed materials, photographs and artifacts make up the papers of Alice C. Young.

Abstract:

Jeffrey Gordon Jones has worked as a software engineer and a research scientist (1979-1992) and as a part-time instructor in the History Department at Georgia State University (September 1995-March 1996). The Jeffrey G. Jones Collection consists of research materials collected by Jones from 1993 to 1995 in the process of writing his thesis, Georgia and the ERA, for his master's degree in history at Georgia State University.

Abstract

The Mu Rho Sigma Records, 1954-2008 (bulk 1967-2008) contain printed material, correspondence, photographs, sound recordings, artifacts, and textiles that document the sorority for married or formerly married women founded at Georgia State University in 1954.
