Dan E. Sweat, Jr. (1933-1997) spent over three decades in public service and city development in Atlanta, including 15 years as president of the nonprofit corporation Central Atlanta Progress. There is also a small amount of news clippings. Sam Williams was a professor at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Public Policy.
