Scope and Content of the Records From the Collection: The Records, 1917-1921, 1948-1975 of the Asheville North Carolina Central Labor Union bulks in the late 1950's, 1960's, and early 1970's. The material dated 1917-1921 consists of photocopies of a small amount of correspondence and printed material. Almost all of the Central Body's later correspondence (1957-1975) originated with Jervis as President and letters sent to him from AFL-CIO departments, International Unions, and locals under Asheville Central Labor Union's jurisdiction.
