Professional correspondence and information, 1997-2004

Subseries D contains correspondence between Linda Bell and various people throughout her professional career. Correspondence to and from students, along with the requests for letters of recommendation provide insight to Bell's position as a professor. A small portion of the subseries (one folder) contains correspondence between Bell and the philosophic journal Man and World regarding her situation as an advisory member to the editorial board. The largest portion of Subseries D is comprised of various correspondence about Bell's myriad professional endeavors, including invitations for presentations, meetings and talks, professional networking, and recognition for her scholarly interests in existentialism and feminism.
