2. T-shirt: "Ladies Sewing Circle and Terrorist Society
This series consists of artifacts, textiles and other paraphernalia, tangible illustrations of the many political and social movements that Dewald played as an active participant.

Series I: Textiles is comprised of two Subseries. Subseries A: T-shirts, contains the 80 shirts decorated for the 2002 Clothesline Project. Subseries B: Quilts includes two quilts that were created for the 2002 Project. Panels on the quilts were individually decorated and then sewn together to make the quilts.

The collection dates from the college’s beginnings until its merger with Georgia State University.
